Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inspectors Refreshers course
Course Overview
This course is intended for individuals who have previously completed a Apex 2-day PPE Inspectors course and whose certification is still in date. It is also suitable for those who have completed and passed a RoSPA-assured PPE Inspectors course and wish to maintain their competence and currency in PPE inspection for a further three-year period.
The course is designed as a refresher, reinforcing and updating the knowledge and skills gained during the full inspectors’ programme. As such, participants are expected to still be actively working in a PPE inspection role and maintaining regular use of their inspection skills.
If you feel you would benefit from a more in-depth review, or if your experience as a PPE inspector has not been regularly applied over the past three years, we would recommend attending the full 2-day course instead.
Our low instructor-to-student ratio ensures high-quality, focused delivery throughout the two-day programme, with ample opportunity for discussion and clarification of less familiar topics.
Apex PPE courses are recognised as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Mountain Training Association (MTA) members. Members can log this CPD via their Candidate Management System (CMS) account using the “Add CPD” function.
