Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Manager

This one-day course is designed for managers working within the leisure, training, construction, or outdoor sectors, including team leaders, operational managers, and departmental managers.

It is particularly relevant for those overseeing teams responsible for PPE inspection, where accountability ultimately rests with them for equipment safety, correct use, record keeping, and adherence to site standard operating procedures.

The course is intended to strengthen understanding of managerial roles and responsibilities, and to support leaders in developing and maintaining safe systems of work that are compliant, effective, and efficient.

It also explores how managers can best support their teams in achieving consistent safety standards and good practice. Delivery is theory-based, combining presentations, guided learning, and group discussion to encourage engagement and shared understanding of real-world challenges.

Open courses are delivered at our training facility in North Wales, with the option to run closed courses for specific organisations either at our centre or at a venue of your choice.
